What you’ll be doing...

You’ll become an expert in understanding the flow of when contracts end, opportunities for renewals come up, and what competitive programs are coming out that may entice our FiOS customers away. You will analyze data that will help us find the best ways to retain our customers---like, what offers or promotions work best and how to time them. You will present ideas and recommendations to leaders along with creating dashboards that help us keep a pulse on key performance indicators. Helping us keep our FiOS customers will be your top priority.

  • Identifying patterns in customer retention and understanding why customers leave.
  • Developing strategies and recommendations for customer retention.
  • Building business cases to show that recommendations make financial and business sense.
  • Coordinating with Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful implementation of programs.
  • Creating dashboards and other visuals to keep leaders informed.

You work well independently but you also enjoy being part of a team. You thrive and enjoy being in a visible role that has an impact on the company’s customers and bottom line. People listen to you—because you are talking about what matters to them in a way that they can understand.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology.
  • Analyzed data in a Marketing or Business role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Created dashboards for key performance indicators. Ideally, used Tableau, Alteryx, or other business intelligence tools.
