What you’ll be doing...

As a CRM Specialist, you will research and analyze CRM channel conversations for continuous improvement and help drive direct marketing decisions to inspire current and potential target customers to expand their use of our wireless services.

  • Study our customer data, model/assess customer propensity and risks, and analyze call routing in various channels’ conversations/contacts to discover insights that will support decision making and strategy delivery.
  • Understand the drivers for customer churn and factors that impact the propensity and retention. Leverage various models throughout the process, you will conceptualize and develop a master model that talks to each part of the process and ultimately provide a unified solution across the system. You will continuously monitor, evaluate and fine tune the models to ensure it stays current and relevant.
  • Create insight presentations on critical findings and recommendations. And become a marketing analytics advocate, lead and support discussions with strategic partners on the best strategies to address and exploit these insights.
  • Explore new ways to improve business performance, champion challenger testing. Work with a cross functional team such as sales operations, customer care teams, to better understand what dynamics are driving business/operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Become a subject matter expert to launch and actively optimize campaigns/operations across various channels, develop qualitative and quantitative analysis by synthesizing data from multiple sources to identify trends in overall performance in multi-channel environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Teradata SQL, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik or similar tools.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree. Ideally in Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong data analysis and coding/scripting capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical and data modeling working experiences, experience with SAS, IBM SPSS, Python or similar predictive analytics software.
  • Demonstrated proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation skills and can do attitude.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and short timelines.
  • Experience in a technical position, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Experience with reporting and query tools.
  • Understanding of CRM concepts.
