What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be responsible for the following activities:

  • Overall Professional Services Client engagement and customer satisfaction of PS Portfolio/Program delivery.
  • Understand and present the portfolios/programs holistic mission statement and continuous alignment of the portfolio/Program towards such mission.
  • Receive broad guidance from Director but is accountable for portfolio or program results. Exercise considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques & evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Define client specific Portfolio/Program objectives, requirements and priority, prepare a high level roadmap as well as identify desired outcomes:
    • Provide high level portfolio and program communication from a central venue which includes but is not limited to:
    • Utilize the portfolios/programs project management standards, tools, templates and measurement criteria.
    • Provide a high-level consolidated schedule defining major milestones, deliverables and target dates across the portfolio/program.
    • Mitigate schedule and resource conflicts as applicable
    • Manage change as related to scope and contract as well as change initiated by project priorities, strategies and environmental impacts
  • Stakeholder management of key external/internal, secondary and tertiary team members.
  • Facilitate the identification of timelines, dashboards and financial scorecards for the PS portfolio/program to keep executives and stakeholders current on progress and potential red flags.
  • Financial Management identifying:
    • Contract breakdowns by product, revenue accrual and billing type
    • Validation of invoicing
    • Control of portfolio actuals and overages
    • Financial Risks and Issues
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio/program risks and issues before they become crises.
  • Ensure prompt problem and escalation resolution.
  • Provide global consistency of portfolio / program delivery.
  • Drive business results by building and developing a strong diverse team and maximizing team performance in a continually changing environment.
  • Ensure a safe and ethical work environment by complying with the Code of Conduct and all Company policies.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Network Engineering.
  • Experience in change management or process management.
  • Experience in a consulting services organization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • ITIL and or CSM certification.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or eight or more years of relevant experience.
  • Ten or more years of experience within Network Engineering and other data fields.
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators’ that drive business profitability.
  • Ten or more years of experience in change management or process management.
  • Five or more years of experience in a consulting services organization.
  • Ability to interact with business leaders of all levels.
  • Experience managing and setting expectations, managing escalations and negotiating resolutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of professional services delivery methodology and the quality triggers that influence client satisfaction.
