What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for performing all tasks required to develop, implement, and support the Salesforce.Com application integration with Verizon Internal systems.

Verizon Salesforce CRM is an online web-based "cloud" computing application from Salesforce.com for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) . As with all CRM software, it captures and organizes communications and information from current or prospective customers from many departments across a company.

  • Attending requirements gathering sessions, developing design documents, APEX coding, testing, and supporting the system.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify business opportunities
  • Responsible for developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives
  • Perform ETL and Integrate multiple data sources and software tools with business line specific decision support and data analysis.
  • Modeling complex systems by integrating large varied datasets of economic, demographic and telecom related information.
  • Perform data analysis, interpret data and convert data into meaningful information that helps in making business decisions.
  • Develop models, diagnoses, validates, and improves the performance of these models over time.
  • Work in an interdisciplinary field, together with computer scientists, business SMEs, and engineers, and will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree orfour or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience functioning as a Salesforce.com developer for Enterprise edition or higher.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Salesforce.com certifications.
  • SalesForce.com Developer 401 or 501 (App Developer 1 or App Developer 2).
  • Administrator 201 or 301.
  • Experience with Lightning framework.
  • Knowledge of APEX Classes, Triggers, Workflows, Validations, and Visual Force pages including HTML, Java Script.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture.
  • Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries.
  • Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles.
  • Experience in JavaScript frameworks like – Ext JS, React or Angular.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a selfless attitude.
  • Ability to work with other teammates and on individual assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations.
