The Corporate Shared Services team has an opening for Senior Manager IT corporate systems specializing in supply chain sourcing and procurement, you will be an expert and manage a team contributing to different phases of the project delivery life cycle.   • You will be involved in ensuring design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design. You will define the problem, propose and create the solution.
  • You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
  • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of management experience in IT delivering supply chain solutions in areas of sourcing, procurement, inventory management and logistics.
  • Functional/ technical experience with five or more full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management and Sales and Distribution process using SAP suite of products. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud).
  • Experience in SAP Ariba processes and customization, S/4HANA, ABAP, SQL, SAP Workflow/Release Strategy, SAP IDOC, SAP LSMW, RevTrac (for SAP Transport management).
  • Experience in creating on-demand metrics/analytics using SQVI or SQL for the business processes supported.
  • Ability to debug systems to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Experience in researching and identifying SAP Notes to resolve issues.
  • Experienced in creating and tracking SAP OSS notes and working with SAP to resolve issues.
  • Experience on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.
  • Leverage DevOps and Agile to deliver solutions.
  • Onsite offshore work model experience.
  • Security and Vulnerability remediation. Experience with security by design.
  • Experience with IT Outsourcing required.
  • Troubleshoot and triage problem reports, resolve, and escalate as required.
  • Experience in leading delivery innovative and creative solutions.
  • Desire to learn and apply new technologies where appropriate.
  • Ability to understand business concepts and financials with respect to the IT solutions delivered.
  • Experience in business analysis, developing and measuring KPIs and managing projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of demand and capacity management tools such as Clarity.
  • Possess critical thinking, organizational, research, oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills & capabilities.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and the ability to quickly provide sound decisions and recommendations.
  • Analytical and Communication skills.
