What you’ll be doing...

You will provide expertise in Master Data and Reference Data strategy to identify solutions and recommend architecture and framework to integrate Verizon’s Wireline and Wireless customers in to a global Customer Hierarchy management system.

You will provide a strategy and have knowledgearound the architecture and understand the interfaces and challenges that are introduced in the enterprise that impact our customers and our deliverables.

  • Provide expertise in the business, application, and data architecture roadmaps and stakeholder alignment with leadership.
  • Analyze current excel modeling and develop a strategy / technical solution for building a unified customer hierarchy.
  • Provide expertise in strategy, architecture & design, systems integration and end to end designs for critical Verizon’s Master Data Management systems.
  • Develop system architecture that improve designs & enhance user experience and drive optimal business behavior through the business process lifecycle.
  • Provide support to Dev-to-Dev/End-to-End testing, coordinate with testers providing test case requirements and clarifications, and interact with respective external systems POCs.
  • Engage with various large commercial and federal customers on boarding providing available solution options, estimation of scope and schedule and setting up a delivery team.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and IT senior leaders efficiently.

You’ll need to have:

·Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

·Six or more years of relevant work experience.

·IT experience with full SDLC.

·Experience in Multi-Tier, database driven Java/J2EE technologies/applications.

·Experience in performance tuning for entire application stack – WebLogic, OCI, Java J2EE framework

·Experience in analyzing Thread dumps by using Java Mission Control, Dyna Trace and perform Security Mitigation

Even better if you have:

·A degree.

·Experience in Telecom Projects.

·Experience in identifying operational issues and developing recommendations to implement strategy.

·Experience with Database, Tools Analysis & Design.

·Experience and knowledge in Object Relationship mapping using Hibernate.

·Experience and knowledge of web open standards, including HTTP, Web Services, SOAP, XML, XPath, XSLT, HTML 5, and RSS.

·Experience and knowledge of web servers, such as Apache and Microsoft IIS, application frameworks, and databases, such as SQL Server and Oracle.

·Experience with J2EE technologies including WebLogic, Apache, Oracle, Java, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, JSP, AJAX, Apache Ant, JDBC, JMS.

·Experience with Model2 (MVC) architecture and Jakarta Struts/Tiles.

·Database purge process to purge the unwanted huge volume of data through PL/SQL stored procedure.

·Experience in using Apache frameworks like Struts, Spring, ANT, JUnit and Log4J.

·Experience and knowledge of DevOps Suite: Jira, Docker, Jenkins, and Git, web servers.

·Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
