  • The role and responsibility are to be a technology specialist supporting the direct sales team in an overlay role and providing guidance to customers on next-generation collaboration uses and benefits.
  • Consult customers in the area of Unified Communications and Collaboration to include cloud-based IP communication services (Cisco HCS, Broadworks, IP trunking, net/video/audio conferencing).
  • Develop strategic plans with customers and account teams for transformation to IP communications and associated Professional Services to consult on strategy and project deployment.
  • Meet and exceed quota expectations with monthly and annual targets.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Unified Communications & Collaboration products for customer solutions.
  • Experience within three of the following product disciplines:
    • IP Telephony (SIP)
    • VoIP/PBX
    • IP Consulting
    • Video Conferencing
    • Professional Services
    • Outsourcing
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Six or more years of experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven strategic products sales background.
