What you’ll be doing...
As part of the Verizon Global Technology Solutions team, you will be active in shaping the new Verizon Business Group systems and technology strategy with an emphasis on creating business agility through transformation programs. You will be responsible for program strategy, planning and stake holdering while collaborating with the executive leadership team, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corresponding business sponsors and the delivery organizations. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation in which you will personally engage in:
Business Case Planning & Lifecycle Management
- Stake holdering business cases
- Impact assessment & rationalization
- Prioritization management
- Work Prioritization & Progression
- Stakeholder status and collaboration sessions
- D&E alignment sessions
- Connect Product organization priorities with business unit priorities
- Represent GTS in monthly (exec) and weekly (working) program governance reviews
- Program Governance
- Priority Board engagement
- Stage-gate review preparations
- Program Council review management
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in business case lifecycle management.
- Strategic planning and prioritization experience.
- Experience presenting, holding conversations and debating across all levels of the company.
Even better if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline.
- Experience with Clarity program management tool.
- Experience of Scaled Agile Framework.
- Financial and budget management experience.
- TMForum SID/eTOM experience.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels of management.
