What you’ll be doing...

As a B2B Vendor Master Trainer you will be supporting the training to our vendors that provide staff augmentation globally. You will prepare, lead, attend, and complete train-the-trainer sessions and certifications which includes providing feedback and building action plans for Vendor Trainers. You will be responsible for delivering advanced skills, product, process and systems training. In addition, you will observe, audit and provide guidance and remediation to Vendor Trainers to ensure continuous learning improvement and program effectiveness.

As a key strategic partner, you will:

  • Create and maintain key partnerships with assigned business groups and vendor training teams
  • Work directly with development/design teams and delivery teams to maintain curriculum delivery standards.
  • Practice adult learning principles and coaching to guide vendor trainers and personnel
  • Provide best practices appropriately to vendor trainers and personnel
  • Provide recommendations to our business owners and vendor POCs (Clarification, examples, feedback)
  • Use appropriate media, learning material and effective presentation skills
  • Identify alternate solutions and learning when delivery challenges arise (materials, content, room set-up)
  • Establish and maintain expertise in subjects taught
  • Partner with business owners and vendor management including: attending business reviews and project meetings, conducting observations and examinations
  • Track headcount forecasts and create training plans accordingly
  • Track and monitor registration and attendance for all participants (vendor personnel)
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to certify vendor trainers
  • Conduct debrief meetings with vendor trainers and personnel on a regular basis
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, surveys and direct feedback
  • Observe vendor-led classroom training in person and virtually to ensure content mastery and consistency (Balance Co-Employment guidelines with our vendors by delivering recommendations and suggestions based on observations to business owners and vendor management)
  • Partner with vendor management to ensure vendor trainers have the right tools and material needed to conduct training (media, set-up, materials, room reservations, devices, etc)
  • Manage expense reports, timesheet and monthly tracking reports as required

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in design and delivery of employee training.

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
  • Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients.
  • Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality.

What we’re looking for...

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • An advanced degree
  • BPO training or management experience
  • Experience coaching
  • Experience with technical support training and social media training
  • Proficiency in Adobe Connect and WebEx content delivery
