What you’ll be doing...

Partner Communications Responsibilities:

  • Sales discrepancy research and Executive Appeals.
  • Partner compensation and reporting overviews.
  • Communicate LZ3 and Partner Dashboard reporting updates/ enhancements.
  • Facilitate new Partner/ new manager onboarding.
  • Partner Dashboard and LZ/ LZ3 Access & Troubleshooting.
  • Partner Satisfaction Index.
  • Maintain Partner communications list.
  • Maintain Consumer National Sales Standards.
  • Create Partner communications related to Sales Validation, Compensation and Reporting on behalf of internal work groups.

Process Improvement Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions between applicable internal work groups to vet process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct gap analyses and facilitate strategy dialogues.
  • Solicit feedback from internal and external sources to develop process improvement plans.
  • Track, manage and communicate process improvement ideas.
  • Execute improvement strategies and ensure full issue resolution.
  • Work with Legal, Security and other applicable groups to determine viability of recommended process changes.

Overall:

  • National and Regional Channel Support to develop/improve Partner relationships and eliminate sales barriers.
  • Support Digital First initiatives in Strategic Sales Channels.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Program Management experience.
  • Vendor management experience including in a sales role.
  • Extensive experience in all Verizon provisioning systems – COA, IGO, SSP, IVAPP.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Three or more years of experience in a sales process/ compensation role.
  • Experience with Verizon and Fios products/ offers.
  • Verizon Wireless (VZW) experience
