What you’ll be doing...

Working with a trusted business partner is critical for our customers. A vital part of the customer experience will be in your hands as you work with teams and multiple systems to ensure our customers are billed correctly. You will implement contracts and pricing updates, participate on projects to improve systems, and audit and improve our key processes. The brightest minds, the latest technologies, and pioneering processes are combining to enhance this critical business function at our Center of Excellence. And you can be part of it.

  • Review, analyze and correct billing fallout.
  • Analyze patterns of billing errors and work with IT to get root cause corrected.
  • Assist with single billing conversion testing and operational support as needed.
  • Resolve problems, identify trends and determine any necessary system improvements.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
  • Experience with complex data analytics and coding experience in SQL, C#, Visual Basic/Studio, SSIS packages, and/or Oracle.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Two or more years of revenue assurance and/ or testing experience.
  • Analytical skills; ability to investigate and determine root cause of issues.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills and organization skills.
