What you’ll be doing...

In thisrole, you will be responsible for engaging technical and business teams to drive Automation initiatives across Bill to Cash (B2C) organization using Digital Disruptors. You will identify and drive process efficiencies across B2C teams; work closely with stakeholders to understand current business processes; integrate tightly with development team to drive change and deliver on business priorities.

  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing Use Cases/Projects, coordinating program activities with Automation, collaborating with interfacing teams, working through with personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
  • Identifying and resolving cross functional issues that may impact critical B2C objectives/deliverables.
  • Proactively communicating issues and escalating to leadership, including senior leadership, when necessary.
  • Managing reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives, working to adopt or modify the approach as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
  • Proactively evaluating and measuring project/program health/metrics/status and their related business and finance operational control impacts to B2C.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Business or Computer Science disciplines.
  • Four years of work experience with Software development life cycle.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in the areas of Software Development, Data Analytics or technical Project management.
  • AWS certification.
  • PMP certification or project management ICP or ACP Certification, familiarity with Agile Portfolio management process.
  • Expertise illustrating trends and information in a readily comprehensible format.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, and driven individual with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work on multiple assignments.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving issues to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Wireless, Wireline and Agile experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with focus on project scope and time management, business process analysis, operational excellence, and data driven insights into B2Csystems, business processes, and financial operations knowledge.
