What you’ll be doing...

  • Responsible for generating new sales under scope of either existing contracts across a number of assigned accounts or from new logos as designated
  • Over achieve monthly recurring sales and revenue targets
  • Determine customer requirements & expectations in order to recommend specific products / services
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Prepare quotations, present price, terms & conditions in accordance to standard procedures

Accurately process customer transaction such as orders, quotes and other customer enquiries.

  • Increase sales by cross-selling & up-selling add-on sales and driving sales promotion campaigns of the full portfolio of Verizon products and services
  • Educate customers about terminology, features, benefits of products / services and related customer management platforms such as VEC to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Set-up and maintain customer information and contact records
  • Use of Verizon systems and liaison with internal departments to perform change requests on customer networks
  • Attendance to team mailbox to provide service on general enquiries across centrally managed Tier 3 base
  • Interfacing with the customer and the internal organisation to manage customer relationships effectively, including resolving ad-hoc customer discrepancies, complaints and other issues as they arise including billing & credit & collections queries.
  • Provide timely response to customer enquiries by engaging appropriate internal functions
  • Proactive renewal of customers ensuring as far as possible all customers under management are under contract
  • Understanding and use of all key systems including but not limited to Salesforce, E2Ei, OVI, Contract Viewer, Proposal Manager, E-Cost, CKB, RACER.
  • Provision of first class levels of customer service at all times, measurement via 6 monthly surveys
  • Meet and exceed against target response times and activity KPIs as directed
  • Assist customers with registering for the Verizon Enterprise Centre portal and provide training as needed

Assess current performance against core competencies and take responsibility for managing own personal development plans, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all relevant products and services

What we’re looking for...

  • Business level in English language as well as business level local language according to the country being hired in
  • Previous experience in sales and/or technical sales in a Business to Business environment
  • European language capabilities: English, French, Benelux or Nordics.
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to understand complex issues, systems and environments
  • Desire to learn, develop and grow within the role


  • Confident and competent with standard PC applications
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident & professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational, time management & prioritization skills
  • Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated with ability to work with minimal guidance & using own initiative
