What you’ll be doing...

As a leader delivering the best products and services in the industry, you will be at the forefront of supporting Verizon Fios TV video entertainment experience to ensure customers have access to our extensive video content library. All this while enabling the organization to achieve statistical, financial and customer experience goals, including subscriber revenue, feature adaptation and usage.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of content management and services.
  • Understand emerging trends.
  • Define business needs, requirements and product enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly identify and resolve issues.

What we’re looking for...

You are passionate about video entertainment. You excel at reading and analyzing data to influence customer behavior. You enjoy problem solving, can think on your feet and outside the box. You’re a quick learner, strong attention to detail and can work independently.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.
  • Three or more years of video management experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in media-focused technology.
  • Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) or editorial scheduling tool.
  • Knowledge of the domestic video market required.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft and Google Suite of productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of the internet-based video content space.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Digital experience and knowledge of trends and key business drivers.
  • Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
