What you’ll be doing...
As a Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for project management, strategic architectureandeffectiveness of learning solutions supporting business initiatives. You will lead project teams in the design and development process from the needs analysis through evaluation. You will conduct scoping and analysis, prioritization of projects, recommendations of deployable learning solutions and develop key learning solutions along with project documentation.
