What you’ll be doing...
In this position you will produce revenue generating products and services for consumer and business communications segments. You will be expected to evaluate and understand next-generation technology, existing deployments, competitive trends and business drivers to design best in class solutions. You will be leading a team of engineers responsible for all aspects of a service deployment including concept formulation, technical requirements, testing and troubleshooting, cross functional coordination/leadership, operational hand-off and ongoing SME support.
You will guide a diverse team of engineers. You will recognize and capitalize on areas of strength and in areas of opportunity you will foster improvement and front the team to promote success. You will need to understand company priorities and navigate cross functional dynamics so that the team can be effective. You will lead with respect and collaborate openly.
