What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Product Manager - Fios Digital is passionate about building Mobile Digital experiences that customers love. You’re all about conceiving and building Mobile First experiences for Fios Business.

As a digital innovation leader, you’ll be asked to identify and illustrate the potential of emerging technologies. Reporting to Director, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver on product vision and strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing Mobile based solutions Verizon Customers. You will lead a set of Product Managers who will work with you to design Mobile first solutions for Verizon Fios Business. This involves significant collaboration across digital, marketing, engineering, UX, operations, supply chain, analytics and others to define and build amazing products. You should have a strong knowledgeof the industry and the trends that influence the consumer behavior. You should be able to network with the industry players and try the best in class experiences to our customers. You should be leader who is passionate to empower the grow the effective leadership pipeline for the organization.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience developing agile epics, themes and user stories to support business requirements.
  • Experience leading a team of product managers and drive the change in culture and challenge the status quo.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and software development life cycle process.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree or a MBA highly preferred.
  • You have a passion for Cx, and you can do everything from user research to working closely with designers to create an amazing experience.
  • Analytical - You know how to decipher a complex system and how to communicate that complexity simply and cleanly. You use data to make decisions wherever possible.
  • An end-to-end thinker. You can look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to nitty-gritty operational details.
  • Empathetic - You understand other disciplines and bring everyone together using clear communication and strong structured thinking.
  • Great at prioritizing - There are a million ways to make the customer experience better - we can’t fix all of them at once! Where will you start and why?
  • Collaborative - You love helping engineers, designers, operations, and other teams around you do their best work. You solve problems with others.
  • Organized - You are a natural at project managing your features and getting things done.
  • Product manager with Mobile first mindset and very knowledgeable on the Mobile trends shaping the industry.
