Continuous improvement is what we are all about and you will play a significant role in developing strategies and actions that drive efficiencies in our organization and 3rd party Telco costs presented to our Sales teams. As part of the Carrier Management organization, you will be identifying opportunities to improve key processes in this function, with a focus on in-depth Network Planning and creating a best in class quoting experience for your Sales partners. You will have ultimate accountability for national governance - driving transformation and fostering collaboration across multiple teams. You will drive cost-effective, highly efficient solutions that continuously improve the internal and external customer experience.

  • Forging strong partnerships with all stakeholders to positively influence change.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to drive strategy tied to business goals.
  • Developing financial models to assess the impact of initiatives.
  • Leading project teams.
  • Industry /technical knowledge of the various access technologies used to deliver Enterprise level Telecom services.
  • Ethernet, Wave and Broadband Access planning.
  • Access Cost and Availability System Maintenance including support of existing tools and designs for a best in class quoting system.
  • Communicating complex business updates to various levels of management. Experience in developing executive level briefings and presentations.
  • Ability to understand needs and objectives of all stakeholders.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • In-Depth knowledge of Telecom services and their design/connections into Enterprise networks

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated influence and communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Performed comprehensive cost benefit analyses.
  • Experience with designing quoting tools for internal Sales teams that leverage vendor based APIs to continuously update the least cost 3rd party options for Enterprise connectivity
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
