You’ll drive improvements in our marketing operations approaches, tools and technology so we can continue to advance the success of marketing efforts. People will look to you to provide the right tools and insights at their fingertips so that they can make even better business decisions.

  • Translate general concepts and guidelines into specific, clearly-defined set of requirements for the development and launch of new bundles and promotional offers.
  • Represent consumer line of business in Requirement Gathering Sessions (RGS) and Joint Architectural Design (JAD) sessions to ensure the projects meet the business requirements while pursuing designs that simplify their execution.
  • Keep projects on track, meeting the various milestones in a timely manner from requirements gathering to production.
  • Coordinate project overviews and system functionality reviews with Director/Executive Director/VP Leadership.
  • Maintain key stakeholders in Strategy / Execution PLM, Go-to-Market, and IT organizations informed of the project status.
  • Responsible for the performance assurance activities such as reviewing and approving ITO / RA test plans and traceability / testing output.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree or Master’s degree in Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Verizon Telecom systems such as Optix, SSP (Cofee Back Office), and DotCom.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience of the consumer telecommunications industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to gain credibility and communicate effectively with colleagues and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Develop solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability of multi-tasking and delivering on quick turnaround times.
  • Product development and management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Offer development experience.
  • Knowledge about sales teams and their billing systems.
