What you’ll be doing...

Our customers rely on us for the best network and customer experience. And just like our customers, our employees rely on us to deliver the best experience. In this role, you’ll support the chief of staff function, making sure our executive leaders are prepared for all meetings and events. You’ll lead the creation, development and execution of all executive updates, meetings and reviews within the Consumer Service organization.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership on key business decisions/objectives.
  • Own the strategy, development and execution for all content presented in executive forums.
  • Manage all aspects of chief of staff function for the Consumer Service organization.
  • Lead all operational reviews in the Consumer Service organization.
  • Create and develop engaging executive presentations for all leadership meetings and events.
  • Ensure business objectives are effectively and successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities based on feedback and develop plans to improve executive meetings and employee events.
  • Collect and analyze data in order to ensure programs are relevant, effective and well-received.
  • Lead the execution and follow up of action items across the Senior Leadership team.
  • Leverage knowledge and understanding of current industry trends.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in project/ program design and management.
  • Experience with Google Docs and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Program Management or related discipline.
  • Experience creating effective short- and long-term strategies.
  • Experience with collecting and analyzing data to make appropriate process/ business decisions/ recommendations.
  • Four or more years of Operations, Customer service or call center experience.
  • Four or more years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to new systems, software and hardware.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional program/ project teams.
  • Ability to handle conflict and bring about resolution.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Demonstrated experience in communications - verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • A wide degree of creativity.
