At Verizon we are currently hiring for two Order Managers for our Network Installation Teamto be responsible for the service Delivery Provisioning in our International Network Operations team in Frankfurt. The role acts as the hub for all Customer and Carrier communications during the installation of services to Verizon customers. Undertake daily Provisioning activities including Technical Validation.


  • Technical Validation of orders (checking main technical and administrative details of an order) with the local customer representatives before the orders progress and can be processed further.
  • Coordinate and communicate site readiness requirements to ensure the smooth and timely installation of services to Verizon customers.
  • Act as the hub for coordinating and communicating service installation with Verizon teams, local customer contacts and local 3rd Party Carriers.
  • Ensure the timely progression and accurate record of customers’ orders in the whole delivery/Provisioning period, using various company proprietary IT systems for the administration.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Previous work experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunication networks and services.
    • Fibre, microwave and transmission systems.
    • Most common WAN/LAN protocols (Ethernet, IP, MPLS).
  • Good customer communication skills.
  • Fluency in German Language and good knowledge of English (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivation and the ability to be proactive.
  • Good MS Windows and Office knowledge.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
