What you’ll be doing...

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall consumer journey including email execution and delivery of Verizon Consumer and Prospect Marketing. You will monitor results to identify the most profitable segments to target and recommend actions to increase revenue and penetration. You will identify, recommend and implement improvement opportunities across various marketing initiatives. You will also leverage segmentation, channel and competitive insights to identify and respond to competitive pressure. You must be able to lead meetings with senior staff, track action items, push deliverables to completion and package and present new ideas, insights, complex concepts and opportunities to Sr Executives in a simple, clear and concise way.

  • Identify marketing areas of opportunity and leverage business intelligence
  • Data Mining, New Concept Ideation & Support
  • Campaign recency & frequency strategy support
  • Warehouse Data Mining for Prospect Growth Opportunity, Segment Analysis and Insights
  • Prospecting – Opportunity identification
  • Executive (Director, Executive Director, VP) presentation, Ad-hoc analyses
  • Customer Profiling
  • eMail optimization & analyses
  • Special initiative targeting support

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint for Presentation/Slide creation

Even better if you have...

  • A degree.
  • Adobe Certification within Marketing Cloud Product Suite (Adobe Campaign, Experience Manager, Target and Analytics)
  • Knowledge of Strategy Formulation, Translation and Execution
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills to work with VPs, Directors, Managers and Supervisors on a daily basis
  • eMail Marketing optimization and analysis experience
  • A high degree of analytical capability with the ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic vision
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers
  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level)
  • Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Tableau experience
  • SQL and HTML experience
