  • Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.
  • Leading and coaching your team to create best-in-class learning solutions.
  • Managing team workload, setting priorities, allocating resources, and overcoming challenges to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions.
  • Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.

Are you excited by innovation, technology and enabling front line employees who support business customers?You will beleading a team of designers to bring best in class performance support and systems/tools learning experiences to all of our customer facing teams that support our business customers globally.

You have the opportunity to collaborate with the Learning Technology team and provide the business purpose for the technologies they explore.You create opportunities for thought leadership with our clients and partners in the business on the critical need for quick ramp to productivity and adoption of core capabilities such as Salesforce.com, Ordering and Monitoring platforms for Small, Medium, Public Sector and Enterprise customer sales and support personnel.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy working as a trusted advisor with business leaders and determining the best ways for your team to deliver learning to meet training needs. You’re focused on assessing the impact learning solutions have on the business and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Your ability to support others and inspire their creativity to produce great learning solutions for our employees drives and motivates you.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience creating custom learning solutions using alternative modalities and technology.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Built trusting relationships and influenced at senior levels.
  • Motivated and inspired a team to create strong learning outcomes.
  • Balanced competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
