What you’ll be doing...

You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner in your accounts.

  • Lead a global systems integrator account with $75M+ annual revenue.
  • Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales
  • Developing deep relationships with your customer(s) (including C-level / Board Level) while getting to know their business, markets and the challenges they face
  • Lead an account team on opportunity development for solutions sales and guide the overall account relationship
  • Engage overlay sales teams to craft creative solutions that addresses business outcomes and delivers on value to help customers realize their goals
  • Growing our business while making customer happy.

What we’re looking for...

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk hard data.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years ofexperience in selling networked IT services to systems integrators, having both domestic and international responsibilities.
  • Experience in large account development and leadership with executive selling skills both to the customer and in partnership with the customer.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • Experience in selling network and data center solutions like cloud computing, security and customer solutions.
  • Knowledge on customer’s business requirements and the technology solutions available to address them, consultative thought leadership and experience in negotiating.
  • Abilityto meet or exceed challenging sales targets
  • Experinece in developing large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships with a consultative / solutions through leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
  • Capability to persuade and negotiate to create desired outcomes.
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
