What you’ll be doing...

This position reports directly to Senior Staff Manager for Vice President – Global Network Operations. This role will work with leadership and key stakeholders headquarters/area/region staff, and key stakeholders on behalf of the Vice President and will provide executive-level support, planning, analysis, and presentation development to ensure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated at the highest levels of the company. The right candidate will be able to create and maintain executive level presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide communication and support to the region for critical topics.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, Network leadership and executive team
  • Coordinates executive site visits/town hall meetings
  • Acts as liaison to SVP & Corporate Communications staff
  • Responsible for driving transformation through the development and implementation of a strategic culture program to ensure a high degree of employee engagement and satisfaction, including leadership of a cross-functional project team
  • Monitors/ analyzes viewpoints survey results and leads development/governance of related action plans
  • Responsible for design & execution of a comprehensive communications plan that ensures company strategies and goals are understood at all levels
  • Develops and manages an employee executive recognition program
  • Responsible for the leadership of a work group and/or development of broad programs or projects in support of organizational or area strategies; communicates & translates functional/operational goals into team goals; manages implementation of policies and procedures
  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Ten or more years of technology experience or Global Network Operations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business-critical initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to effectively influence beyond position and scope.
  • Experience with design & delivery of executive-level communications and successful project management.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work productively in a team environment.
  • Highly flexible, detail focused, excellent organizational skills, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Global Provisioning and service assurance, Field Operations and Network Engineering experience.
