What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy and programs to drive subscriber growth of Verizon’s broadband, TV and voice products (Fios). Individual will be responsible for managing the promotional marketing fulfillment platform and business operations to drive an optimal customer experience while increasing penetration and drive market share.

  • Help develop and execute the promotional program fulfillment strategy
  • Manage 3rd party partners & vendors to drive flawless execution of promotional offer fulfillment. Offers can include hard goods, gift cards and content
  • Drive innovation to provide a flawless promotional fulfillment experience including driving to digital experience (customer journey mapping)
  • Manage business and financial issues and ensure performance targets and budgets are on track including: ensure the scope of work and vendor payments stay on track and are accurate. The Manager will work closely with marketing and finance partners to assure budget availability and tracking and with Verizon Sourcing to develop and execute agreements and ongoing scopes of work
  • Analyze program performance and leverage key data and customer insights to optimize existing programs and drive new strategies for subscriber growth
  • Relentlessly drive growth through creative thinking, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution
  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure marketing strategies and programs are delivered on time and drive desired outcome
  • Quickly assess and anticipate market trends, competitive shifts and adopt strategies to drive optimal performance
  • Secure support of leadership and cross functional teams to execute recommended strategies

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project Management Experience

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • Project management experience (digital/IT project management experience a plus
  • Six or more years of marketing, business operations and partner / vendor management experience
  • Expert in powerpoint/storytelling, experience in customer journeys & process mapping (CX/UX experience a plus)
