What you’ll be doing...

Your role will be an advanced inventory support for Engineering and Assurance teams. Providing high-level analytics for Sub-Markets on Inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along with working closely with budget teams, you will ensure equipment assets are retired and accrued quarterly. You will serve as Subject Matter Expert for training for Inventory tools such as CATS, FUZE I-DASH, E-Polling, SWAT.

  • Act as lead/ supervisor role in absence of full time on site manager.
  • Maintain physical inventory transfers within departments and our inventory management process.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, technicians and Engineers for all equipment movement and returns.
  • Run and analyze weekly/monthly reports and strive to meet regional and area KPIs or inventory management and audits.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for increased efficiencies and accuracy levels.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Processes and Procedures for management of Regional and Area Inventory.
  • Oversee/Perform accurate and timely cycle counts on Cell Site, MSC, spares, staging facility and vehicle storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work with various vendors to expedite repair and replacement components to accomplish network repairs in a timely manner.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of equipment spares are maintained per network engineering and vendor recommendations.
  • Work to reduce inventory of obsolete equipment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and track RMA process.
  • Report on the compliance aspects of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley). This would include advising Operations and Project Managers on the actions to take as next step to be in compliance according to the SOX rules the company needs to comply.
  • Direct, monitor and advise Network Assurance, Engineering and Vendor Teams on the actions/steps necessary to complete to stay compliant on assets in transit
  • Serve as the subject matter experts for equipment tracking between staging facilities and the field. This enforcing compliance from equipment engineering and general contractors to ensure we are tracking all movement of equipment--this includes to and from staging facility to the field, general contractor management, and repairs and returns.
  • Reconfigure or build frames/hardware for deployments
  • Build ancillary kits from excess/reuse hardware.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Equipment Inventory experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
  • A valid driver's license.
