What you’ll be doing...

By leveraging your technical and analytical skills along with business expertise, you will innovate and design new solutions. Leading supply chain innovation by evaluating existing processes and redesigning them will enable you to ensure we meet future business needs. In this strategic role you will be catalyst for driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for product and project management, process design, data quality management and business acceptance testing to implement new solutions successfully. You will have an opportunity to enhance and improve our customer experience and will be in the forefront of product innovation for supply chain operations. The work you’ll do every day will make people’s lives, work and play better.

  • Developing strategic roadmaps to transform operations by digitizing data and automating processes including self-service data & visualization platforms, process automation tools and other technologies.
  • Creating end to end supply chain metrics, automated planning and optimization models for valuation and optimization purposes.
  • Engaging cross functional teams of business stakeholders in understanding their prioritization and implementation needs.
  • Running program managing strategic initiatives, coordinating activities, tracking and reporting success metrics.
  • Balancing analytics with sufficient business acumen to translate complex business processes into IT requirements for automation.
  • Applying advanced analytic techniques such as optimization, simulation, data mining and statistics to design, implement, validate and refine mathematical models and algorithms.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Program/project management experience.
  • Experience with Advanced Teradata SQL.
  • Experience with one or more reporting/analytics tools such as SAP BW, Oracle, and Tableau.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Advanced understanding of systems, master data and data architecture to pull data from numerous tables from multiple sources to be merged and analyzed.
  • Experience in creating solutions that minimize manual processes without sacrificing user flexibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and ad hoc projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and own end to end responsibilities for project execution.
  • Ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical team/staff members.
  • Proven ability at engaging and influencing functional leaders and stakeholders.
