What you’ll be doing...

In this role, you will provide region wide operations support to multiple areas including: construction, installation and maintenance (FiOS, Core and Special Services), customer operations, and methods & procedures. You may perform quality inspections for field work and may get involved with resolving chronic service problems for customers. You will perform a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: Tracking and compiling of data, data analysis, budget tracking, project management at a business level, creating and implementing performance improvement initiatives, quality improvement projects, expense reduction and capital tool evaluation and ordering.

  • Finding drivers and solutions to issues and matching findings from these different sources to the intent of the request.
  • Translating results from varied data collection methods.
  • Responsible for audits to ensure compliance; creating ORR decks; ensuring absence is correctly administered; eTouchPoint compliance; training completions.
  • Weekly / monthly operational performance reporting of scorecard results, key project milestones and system performance metrics
  • You’re no stranger to a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines, and you adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple projects with ease.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • A valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with statistical theory for analyzing large datasets.
  • Exerience in the telecommunications field
  • Experience with PowerPoint/Word/Excel.
  • Experience in Installation & Maintenance (I&M) field operations or Construction field operations
  • Program management experience.
  • Experience in process and requirements documentation.
  • Ability to comprehend business needs and translate into technical requirements for queries.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills and utilizing insights from data to drive change.
  • Ability to develop and present executive level reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams across all levels of the organization to optimize business results.
