  • Supervising your team of Analyst who are resolving customer tickets relative to missing or misapplied payments and customer refund requests.
  • Handling escalations of customer tickets which were unable to be resolved by analysts or senior analysts.
  • Utilizing various systems to research where a payment was posted and validate refunds for processing.
  • Resolving issues for potentially unhappy customers, direct customer contact will be required.
  • Developing and documenting process changes to improve the quality of the operation.
  • Leading, motivating and training the team to be effective in their roles.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll enjoy detailed accounting work and developing others to perform at a high level. But you’ll also be driven by your impact on the bigger organizational picture in establishing strong financial and accounting systems for our large, complex business.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the payment industry.
  • Experience performing account reconciliations.
  • Experience with billing systems and customer accounts receivable.
  • Data analytics experience.
  • Project Management and User Acceptance testing experience.
