What you’ll be doing...

The Process Excellence and Innovation Program Manager will support our core deliverable of capability building for Agile, Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma. The role is to drive PE&I awareness, mindset, capability and evangelize adoption across the enterprise with goals to deliver business results.

  • Maintaining accurate and current databases and files.
  • Developing the training schedule - including timing, frequency, location, instructors and VZLearn setup.
  • Managing candidate requests.
  • Establishing requirements and managing processes related to PE&I curriculum, coaching and certification.
  • Reporting on key training indicators.
  • Delivering written/oral executive-level communications.
  • Handling the maintenance of training materials for all training classes offered and other relevant collateral.
  • Providing monthly executive scorecards.
  • Providing management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key, process focused objectives.
  • Assisting with robust communication plans for PE&I.
  • Supporting the management of the PE&I budget.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking concepts, practices and tools, and the capability of articulating the fusion of such practices to drive superior business outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Certification in Six Sigma methodology, including Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black
  • Strong leadership and project management experience blended with several years of practical experience, resulting in proven success in driving change within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization (VPs to Project Manager).
