What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for providing ongoing business process support and expertise to our Retail Sales channel on various programs and tools. You will work closely with your Operations leadership and peers to understand and identify opportunities. And you’ll be pushing your team and yourself to find ways to improve business results every day.

  • Providing training, reporting and trouble-shooting on programs and tools.
  • Responding to and placing orders from the Merchandising Workflow Mailbox.
  • Managing our store attire program.
  • Providing back-up support for Ariba & store relocation/remodel set-ups.
  • Managing projects and identifying process improvements in retail merchandising, inventory and systems.
  • Providing operational updates to retail leadership on a regular basis.
  • Conducting field visits.

You also have top notch quantitative skills necessary to analyze data and build effective strategy. You constantly come up with process improvements and are motivated by the impact you have on the business. You thrive in an environment where you are managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment where new challenges come up every day but you are organized so no balls are dropped. You view problems as puzzles you’d like to solve.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience presenting to peers and leadership.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence others.
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach focused on finding opportunities to improve the business.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of retail sales.
