What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Analyst-Program/Project Management will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of strategies and programs targeted to improve the customer experience and simplify Verizon’s wireline service delivery by migrating service from legacy (largely copper-based) networks to more robust and efficient fiber networks or other alternatives. This program office is fully responsible to develop and lead the specific strategy, implementation and execution of the cross-functional corporate level plan with CTO ( Product Planning, Network Planning and Engineering, and Service Delivery and Assurance), VES and VBM Large (SLED), Sales and Operations and Verizon Enterprise Services (Marketing, Sales, Service and Account Management); to improve our long-term wireline cost structure by simplifying product sets, moving customers to the best network and service options and retiring outdated assets. This program office will also lead and coordinate the functional interface with Legal, Government and Regulatory Affairs, Labor and Corporate Communications.

This position will interface with CTO, VES / VBM Large, Consumer Markets, Verizon Business Markets (Small & Medium), or Verizon Partner Services (Wholesale) to create and track communication plans for multiple wire centers as we migrate service to new networks. This position will partner with the NT Project Management team to ensure customers receive appropriate communication and action, while driving a better customer experience.

This position will be responsible for:

Identifying and managing customer lists to align with various communication waves/requirements.

Creating multiple communication documents and scripting for NT Targeted customers (Letters, ANAs, Outbound call scripts, FAQs) that comply with state regulations and legal requirements.

Working with Legal, Regulatory, Go-To-Market teams, VES/ VBM Large/SLED Account teams and Sales operations to ensure consistent messaging around the NT Program (Communication, Service Alerts, Rep Training).

Teaming with NT Project Managers and other VZ organizations for reporting in regards to revenue, status, progress and issues.

Interfacing with various LOB liaisons to drive communications and program updates to our internal teams.

Addressing and resolving knowledge gaps regarding the NT Program within VZ and promoting NT Program goals via various resources (training, service alerts, SFDC – VES, VPS contacts) Coordinate with NT PMO Operations team for appropriate and timely delivery on NT Program goals for our service delivery and field resources.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel upto approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Three or more years of multidiscipline/line and staff experience.
  • Financial, business case and operations review experience
  • Leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Access,Sharepoint and / or other financial analytical tools.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work within tight and fast timelines.
  • Strong execution and follow up on ALL assigned tasks
