What you’ll be doing...

The Product Manager - Fios Digital is passionate about building digital experiences that customers love. You’re all about Customer On boarding, Provisioning, and Authentication. As a digital innovation leader, you’ll be asked to identify and illustrate the potential of emerging technologies. Reporting to Senior Product Manager, you’ll work with a cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver on product vision and strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing consumer-facing digital account solutions for Verizon Customers. This involves significant collaboration across digital, marketing, engineering, UX, operations, supply chain, analytics and others to define and build amazing products.

  • All Product stuff we PMs get to do.
  • Develop agile epics, themes and user stories to support development.
  • Analyze product performance and A/B tests and define further improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX on Design Sprints.
  • Run biweekly agile sprints.
  • Run Discovery sessions.
  • Exploration of emerging technologies.
  • Prioritize productionizing customer feedback.
  • Identify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
  • Develop reports that provide an overview of product performance.

What we’re looking for...

You love helping engineers, designers, operations, and other teams around you do their best work. You solve problems with others. You are a natural at project managing your features and getting things done.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a product manager.
  • Experience developing agile epics, themes and user stories to support business requirements.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or a MBA.
  • Three or more years of experience as a solid product manager supporting consumer facing products. Sound understanding of Mobile design paradigms.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and software development life cycle process.
  • A passion for CX, and you can do everything from user research to working closely with designers to create an amazing experience.
  • Ability to be a fast learner.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to decipher a complex system and how to communicate that complexity simply and cleanly. Ability to use data to make decisions wherever possible.
  • Ability to be an end-to-end thinker with the capability to look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to the operational details.
  • An understanding of other disciplines and the ability to bring everyone together using clear communication and strong structured thinking.
  • Great prioritizing, collaborative and organizational skills.
