What you’ll be doing...

Join our Information Technology team where you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will work fairly independently on more complex operational & technical projects, issues, systems, and applications. You will use your experience, expertise, and skills to solve problems. You will have potential for expanded job responsibilities and growth as we continue to modernize our systems.

Application Support & Operations

  • Work in a fast paced, dynamic operations environment with geographically distributed teams.
  • Work closely with various teams to drive efficiencies, debug, and track issues.
  • Make continuous process improvements through performance enhancements and automation of repeated manual processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with various teams to resolve the issues, ensuring stability and performance of the production environment.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SQL

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Wireless industry experience is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to develop quick, sound solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, plus Teamwork & collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team while executing independent decision making abilities in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to learn quickly, while maintaining an investigative mind-set with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet customer requirements for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Passion for educational growth and learning new techniques.
  • Technical skills: Ability to support Java based and Mainframe Applications. Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Cassandra, and RPA is preferable. AWS knowledge is a plus.
