  • Engage regularly with Project Management teams, internal to Verizon as well as vendor-managed, to monitor and track project status, identify potential roadblocks, escalate to leadership when necessary to remove contentions. Request and receive status from PM teams on (at minimum) a weekly basis; create and distribute content (excel, PowerPoint, google documents, google slides, etc.) with status information as requested by leadership and stakeholder teams – for consumption by all levels, up to senior executive leadership.
  • Lead critical issue resolution, escalation and tracking of progress when there are priority conflicts and drive ownership & mitigation of risks raised by business & partners.
