What you’ll be doing...

  • Gather, prioritize and document business requirements through user stories based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities.
  • Provide input and collaborative oversight into more granular functional and technical requirements, business logic, high-level architecture approaches, and CX.
  • Participate in Program and Project Management activities, and sometimes serve as the “Project Lead” for various workstreams and serving as the SME for the project and impacted products and systems.
  • Model current/future business processes, gather business requirements and identify the organizational changes required to successfully realize the benefits of the solution.

What we’re looking for...

You have experience providing a vision to the total solution, managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution that directly aligns with strategic vision and stakeholder objectives. You can lead and motivate others to take action. You are able to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements. You have organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written people at all levels including senior executives.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of the Agile process.
  • Experience working in JIRA.
  • Experience with Digital web pages and/or product purchasing flows.
  • Experience with a broad range of digital marketing technologies and methods.
  • Experience with digital, interactive, and some traditional/direct marketing in an E-commerce setting.
  • Experience with organizational assessment and digital transformation - evaluating people and processes.
  • Omni-channel and/or customer experience strategy experience.
  • Ability to identify and manage risk on projects.
  • Consulting skills, including managing stakeholder relationships and team facilitation.
  • Problem identification and analytical skills.
  • Ability to structure and plan large projects/programs.
  • Experience with process mapping and process redesign.
  • Experience with developing and defining KPI’s.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Oracle Commerce, Lucidworks Fusion, Pimcore, Pega, Responsys, Amazon Web Services capabilities.
