What you’ll be doing...

Customer demand for wireless data service keeps growing, and to stay ahead of demand, we’re deploying new technology, including 5G. Your work will mean that even more users can connect to reliable high-speed wireless service, anywhere they live, work, and play. You will help to build the foundation that keeps us in front of the competition. Your work will include:

  • Analyzing potential site locations and creating business cases for site acquisition.
  • Managing vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition and site modification process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Interfacing with external stakeholders including landlords, government employees, community officials, venues, and legal counsel.
  • Maintaining database systems and reports pertaining to cell site real estate projects.
  • Addressing landlord and leasing issues.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, RF Engineers, Equipment Engineers, Network Assurance, Site Acquisition, and Architectural and Engineering to ensure cell site selection, design requirements, and timelines are met.
  • Maintaining a detailed tracker and actively managing scheduled tasks with outside vendors and internal stakeholders, including major milestones, action items, and any other commitments that would impact the release of a site to construction.
  • Providing regular status reports to management and project teams.

You’re driven to resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, team-player attitude. You’re detail oriented, you thrive in challenging situations, you can handle multiple simultaneous projects, and you have excellent organization skills. You are able to negotiate and influence decisions that yield the best results for our company.

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with leasing, zoning, or site acquisition.
  • Experience with Wireless/Cellular/Telecom technologies.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Real estate experience in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use, or real estate legal.
  • Experience with FAA and FCC rules and general regulatory procedures.
  • Knowledge of wireless communications engineering concepts and technologies, including 5G.
  • Ability to work in multiple databases to ensure dates, milestones, and critical information is well documented.
  • Skills to generate reports on critical timelines and pertinent information.
