This Finance Manager position supports the Business Markets organization, which focuses on the Small and Medium business space. You can have an impact on new business growth opportunities through development of business case scenarios. Specifically with this role, you will work within the Quota and Commissions team and be responsible for;

  • Assisting in setting sales targets from a quarterly and monthly point of view.
  • Partnering with the business to properly evaluate product profitability and corresponding sales commission weighting.
  • Managing team sites such as Tableau for field peers as well as sales team members.
  • Assisting in presentation development for review with senior leaders.
  • Consolidating information from the field teams to review, analyze and package for use by senior leadership.
  • Designing, developing and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve processes.

What we’re looking for...

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. The candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines to meet.

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field or four years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field.
  • A professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA).
  • Communicating financial data to sales professionals and executive levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • A high degree of analytical capability with the ability to structure business case around a high-level strategic vision.
  • Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analysis and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
  • Experience in Essbase, cubes, Tableau.
  • Experience in building and tracking expense budgets.
  • Wireless area or market experience.
