What you’ll be doing...

The Network Supply Chain team has an opening for Program Manager of Supply Planning to lead the lead the efforts to expand the Vendor Inventory programs and initiatives to support Network Supplier delivery models that simplify processes, reduce Construction in Process inventory and drive cost out of the business. The Program Manager role will be responsible for forging key partner relationships with the Strategic Team, outside consultant partners, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to develop and implement end-to-end solutions for Supply Chain. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the expansion of the Supplier Programs that cover Network spend of over $8B annually.

This candidate will manage all aspects of strategic programs for Business Process Optimization on the Network Supply Planning Team. The Manager will lead planning and implementation aspects of Supply Chain programs by defining program targets, goals, objectives and resource requirements. This position will also be responsible for developing, reviewing and editing vendor requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to assigned strategic projects. The Manager will work cross-functionally with impacted business units to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to accomplish objectives. Candidate will need to act as the single point of contact to internal clients while keeping various levels of management well informed on updates and changes that impact Supply Planning.

In addition, the Candidate will be required to manage the end-to-end Network and Operations Planning process. This initiative includes the entire Supply & Demand Planning teams, Network Planning, Procurement, and Network Finance input across multiple Lines of Business. The role will effectively coordinate inputs such as budget, supplier metrics, KPIs, SLAs against contractual agreements and drive actions towards enhancing results. Candidate must be familiar with various ERPs and Procurement and Planning activities to provide strategic guidance on enhancement opportunities. The role will ensure key deliverables are completed in time and presented in executive readouts.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Seven or more years of industry experience with strong competency in Supply Chain and Installation Services management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning Systems, PeopleSoft, CATS (Fulcrum), COFFEE, Tableau.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain experience with demonstrated ability to manage inventory improvement initiatives with a focus on turnkey services.
  • Demonstrated transformational discipline, communication effectiveness and exceptional program management skill sets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output.
  • Ability to apply data analytic techniques to pinpoint opportunities and design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with contracts and sourcing agreements.
  • Network programs experience (Core, Access, Transport) and vast knowledge of Network processes and best practices.
