What you’ll be doing...

You will be leading a team to develop strategies and plans for driving omnichannel sales growth through the digital channel, optimizing end-to-end experiences, executing distribution strategies across web and app platforms, and adjusting based on industry and customer trends. This person will set the strategic direction for the initiatives and be responsible for the management of the projects from concept to production, as well as through the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of digital subject matter experts centered around the omnichannel experience, with key focuses on In Store Pickup, Same Day Delivery, Trade-in, Bring Your Own Device, My Link, Shared Cart, and Store Locator.
  • Creating and maintaining a vision to clearly articulate strategic direction to a team in order to deliver initiatives to completion.
  • Taking accountability for meeting sales targets through communication, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Create executive ready presentations for communication and alignment across HQ and Market leadership.
  • Lead kickoff/strategy meetings with all impacted stakeholders, including other sales channels, design, legal, finance, business transformation, credit/fraud, and I.T.
  • Lead to define core business and customer objectives via feedback sessions, customer focus groups and user testing, in collaboration with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Strategize project scoping and requirement definition, clearly communicating the project intent and benefit.
  • Leading your team to develop and design high level digital sales experience design.
  • Ensure integrity of existing user interfaces by continually reviewing and coming up with solutions for concerns.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with your team and all impacted stakeholder sets, including design, usability, IT, and test teams to ensure clear scope and project progress.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors on business rules/requirements including page design creation and business requirements.
  • Partner to create project timelines and deliverables, partner with internal, external stakeholders and third party design/advertising agencies to develop cutting-edge online shopping experiences.
  • Lead and drive your team to facilitate cross-functional team checkpoints to ensure milestone tracking and timely asset delivery.
  • Lead your team through project lifecycle through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Partner with IT to ensure online requirements are being implemented accurately and successfully.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Six or more years of experience leading a team.
  • Five or more years of Marketing, Operations, Sales or relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of digital experience.
  • Four or more years of project management experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment.
  • Experience analyzing data for opportunities.
  • Ability to take stakeholder projects and leverage for digital opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading, developing, and executing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong presentations skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work cross functionally.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • A firm technical grounding.
  • Experience managing external vendors.
  • Knowledge of customer behavior and web usability.
