This role will hire, develop and lead a team of Verizon Connect customer facing trainers. The role will be responsible for the day to day operations of the team and will be measured by delivering a superior customer experience and positive business results. It is expected this new leader will provide a new level of leadership to maintain energy and integrity among the team. This includes setting and discussing the right objectives, assessing performance, providing feedback, training, development, removing roadblocks and taking appropriate corrective action. It will be expected for the team member to enforce and monitor all training policies and processes; provide feedback; Compile and complete statistical reporting for training objectives and results. In addition, the leader will support the development of new training programs and presentations to fit the customer’s needs and circumstances and make revisions as needed (e.g. software functionality changes); Create, produce and schedule web training modules, and virtual training sessions.

What we’re looking for...

BS College Degree required
Direct People Management experience
Experience in creating online training videos
Formal software training experience
