What you’ll be doing...

  • Support Verizon Credo through adherence to company policies, processes and practices.
  • Execute & maintain project management processes for 2-3 Medium projects with support and guidance of a Lead Project Manager.
  • Management of internal teams to secure client deliverables in the areas of project schedule, quality, communications, risk/issue and change management.
  • Maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from client and project team.
  • Facilitate team meetings to include providing meeting minutes and action items.
  • Build strong communication channels with client and internal departments such as Sales, Solutions & Service while acting as primary customer interface for certain roles.
  • Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports, responsible for some custom reporting.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Clarity).

  • A degree.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with verbal & written communications.
  • Two or more years of proven Project Management or related experience.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
  • ITIL v3 certification or completed within 6 months of start date.
  • Project management understanding and familiarity with core concepts.
