What you’ll be doing...

You will be learning how to design, build and maintain the most reliable wireless network in the industry today. You will be using coverage propagation models as well as other capacity and coverage tools to accurately locate macro cell sites and small cells for both 4G and 5G technologies. You will be learning how to use traffic tools to understand when you need to add solutions for capacity relief. You will also learn to use the System Performance tools to improve KPIs and thecustomer experience.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Valid Driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong passion and enthusiasm for their work.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply engineering practices.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Organized individual to handle the many required tasks.
