What you’ll be doing...

With your technology management background, you’ll be the owner and moderator of Device Forums and efficiently manage and respond to all the customer and care facing issues reported by Verizon customers through our customer care centers. On an average over 5000 issues are triaged and reviewed on a yearly basis with the customer care team (TAG) as well as with device OEMs.You will also be responsible for performing data analytics on new product launches, provide read out on device returns, correlate device returns to issues reported in Device Forums and project a trend and lesson learnt on what the OEM can improve on for their future products as part of Monthly meetings with the OEM as part of Quality review . This Role would also be supporting the Senior Manager in End to End Strategy for wearables and Tracker Certification and helping the compliance team in setting up devices in the test environments to validate new features supported by these new category of devices. You will maintain our leadership position by anticipating consumer needs and shaping our future offerings to meet them. Your vision and leadership will help us realize what’s next for Verizon.

  • Drive and lead large cross functional teams to efficiently manage and respond to all customer and care facing issues reported by Verizon customers through our customer care centers.
  • Perform data analytics on new product launches and provide read out on the customer voice and device returns.
  • Monitor Network KPIs using internal Verizon tools and project trends and lessons leant to the OEMs as part of the Quality review.
  • Actively participate in internal Verizon core teams to drive device commercialization plans.
  • Manage multiple complex device projects that involve key network feature and service launches& provide feedback on Customer sentiments.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in systems engineering.
  • Three or more years of experience inWireless/Telecommunications/Internet.
  • Knowledgeable on Advanced LTE.
  • Experiencein Data Analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive acumen in problem solving, managing priorities and commitment to quality & safety.
  • Experience in project management tools and techniques.
  • Deep passion towards learning about new wireless products, devices and software technology/application trends.
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization, work independently in a fast paced, dynamicenvironment and undertake multiple initiatives.
  • Deliver business results through timely and quality decision making.
