What you’ll be doing...

Manage all aspects of revenue assurance operations functions, including:

  • NSOP billing fallout queues
  • Manual billing corrections identified in out-of-sync audits
  • Billing system fallout (e.g., ecorr)
  • Internet service bulk billing functions
  • Manual billing corrections for Special Promo (free) accounts
  • Data grooming associated with billing system conversions
  • Unreturned equipment customer investigation and crediting
  • Customer escalations as needed
  • Ensure trouble tickets opened by team are worked timely by IT via escalations (as needed)
  • Ensure team is analyzing patterns of billing errors and work with IT to correct root cause
  • Look for process improvement and automation opportunities in the work performed
  • Lead, train and motivate 15-17 direct/indirect employees in support of the above functions

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business,Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Six or more years of management skills; ability to lead team in environment of constant change.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; strong organization skills.
  • Ability to act quickly and work under dynamic environments to prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ordering/ provision/ billing systems and flows.
