What you’ll be doing...

  • Manage the Refer a Business referral program from start to finish, including implementation of new vendors/agents, referral distribution, referral coverage, referral reward.
  • Drive growth of all referral programs through reporting, communications with the team, developing incentive programs, customer communications, and ongoing marketing involvement.
  • Maintain the user and hierarchy on the Referral Platform.
  • Oversee the referral process of all programs from start to finish- including referral assignment, referral coverage, proper dispositioning, reporting, and reward (when necessary).
  • Maintain referral program business rules- based upon the business needs
  • Analyze results in an effort to optimize referrals and forecast results.
  • Ensure proper training of new sales agents and ongoing training and compliance of all referral programs.
  • Deployment of new referral programs (including benefit analysis, input forms, program business rules, training of parties involved, deployments, ongoing program maintenance, and reward.
  • Reward of all compensable programs- to include GiftCards, AwardPerQ’s, SBR points.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing strategy roles.
  • Two or more years of experience in Project/Program Management.
  • Experience with Referral Programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
