What you’ll be doing...

Build strong relationships with key market point of contacts and HQ insights to proactively identify, analyze, develop and execute segmented promotions and value propositions to drive growth and revenue at a national, market and sub market level. Analyze national and market performance across a variety of metrics, i.e. KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc. to uncover new opportunities for growth. Use broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, and formulate promotional and value proposition recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions. Create programs and processes to help drive digital. Partner extensively with cross functional teams including Retail Ops, Finance, GTM, Integrated Marketing, Multicultural Marketing, Media, CRM, etc. Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation builds for senior leadership. Bring projects to market by working with various HQ teams and work post-launch upkeep and customer escalation management.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or other analytical field)
  • Military or First Respondng Experience
  • Experience in marketing including pricing and offer development, financial business case analysis, product marketing, strategic planning or competitive analysis desired
  • Experience developing strategic field marketing programs using segmentation and market analytics
  • Ability to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of information into a comprehensive marketing program to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to “see the big picture”
  • Ability to think outside the box to deliver unique marketing promotions and solutions that deliver growth and revenue in new ways
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges
  • Ability to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of information
  • Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders required
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly express complex ideas
  • Strong business presentation skills required
  • Highly level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
