What you’ll be doing...

With every call, you’ll have the opportunity to create a new customer with our cutting-edge technology products and services. Your role will be to work with our national business and government customers over the phone to answer their questions and see how you can help solve their business challenges with our services. For you, finding the right solution is only part of the equation – the other piece is providing the best customer service.

  • Growing our business within existing accounts.
  • Asking questions, listening intently, and identifying what the customer really needs.
  • Tailoring our solutions to address the customer’s need.
  • Helping the customer to see our solution as the best choice.

Start date is April 25th

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm

Hourly Rate: $17.79 ($37,000 base)

What we’re looking for...

You set others at ease and build rapport easily on the phone. You listen carefully to understand what someone is really saying. You know how to ask clarifying questions for better understanding—and you do it in a conversational way that makes it easy for them to share their thoughts with you. You focus on what is essential and boil things down to what really matters. You’re resourceful and know how to pull together just the right solution from your toolkit. You like to set and meet challenging goals. Making customers happy is a source of great personal satisfaction.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule.

Even better if you have:

  • Great people skills for persuading and soft selling.
  • The know-how to navigate between different systems, and are at ease multi-tasking in a call center environment.
  • Demonstrated effective communications skills.
