What you’ll be doing...

As the Senior Analyst, you will administer the severance and outplacement programs by having a strong understanding of policies and applicable systems.

  • Answering severance and unemployment policy and process questions from HR Business Partners and employees.
  • Reporting and analyzing severance and outplacement data.
  • Accurately updating system records.
  • Supporting system updates by testing and creating requirements.
  • Processing invoices for various human resources operations programs.
  • Serving as back-up support for the processing of unemployment claims or I-9 forms.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of HR or related experience

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft
  • Knowledge of severance programs
  • Experience in Older Workers Benefit Protection Act
  • Highly proficient in data analysis software (e.g. Excel, Sheets, etc.) with strong analytic ability
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Must possess good verbal and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization
